The Grumpy Dingo Radio John Collins

The John Collins dates back to 1869 in London and is a 'cousin' of the Tom Collins. While 'Tom' uses Gin, 'John' is more of a Whiskey guy. Depending on what kind of day you're having, it's good to have both of these dudes around...just in case. Let's get mixin'!

Ingredients

2 ounces of Whiskey (Bourbon!!)

The juice of half a lemon

1 teaspoon of sugar

3 ounces of club soda

Cherry & orange slice for garnish

Directions

Pour the Whiskey, lemon juice and sugar into a shaker with ice.

Shake!!!

Strain into a glass with fresh ice.

Add the club soda.

Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.

Enjoy!
