The Grumpy Dingo Radio Flying Scotsman

Some of our favorite Scotsman include, Sean Connery, Montgomery Christopher Jorgensen Scott from Star Trek and course William MacDougal, better known as Groundskeeper Willie on The Simpsons. We also love the Flying Scotsman Cocktail. It's a proud cocktail capable of keeping you warm on those kilt-wearing days. Let's get mixin'!

Ingredients

1 ounce of Scotch Whisky

1 ounce of Sweet Vermouth

A dash of bitters

1/4 tsp. simple syrup

Directions

• Pour all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice.

• Shake well.

• Strain into a martini glass.
