Some things are old and some things are classic. The Brandy Vermouth Classic is a tried and true cocktail. Simple ingredients and a simple presentation produce a simply fantastic drink. This is the kind of cocktail that sent your father to his easy chair for a nice nap. Let's get mixing!

Ingredients

Brandy - 2 ounces

Sweet Vermouth - 1/2 ounce

Bitters - a dash

Maraschino Cherries for garnish

Directions

Add the ingredients into a shaker with ice.

Stir. Do not shake.

Strain into a martini glass.

Garnish with a cherry.
