The Grumpy Dingo Radio Blue Margarita

The Margarita was invented in 1961. The Blue Margarita came along later, most likely when somebody reached for the wrong bottle and boom! It's easy, it's fun and after a few, the Blue Curacao spilled on your shirt looks kinda cool. Kinda. Let's get mixin'!

Ingredients

3 parts Tequila

2 parts Blue Curacao

1 part lime juice

Coarse salt & sugar for the rim

Lime for garnish

Directions

Wet the rim of your glass with lime juice.

Cover the rim with a mixture of coarse salt & sugar.

Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice.

Shake!!

Strain into the glass either 'up' or with fresh ice.
