The Grumpy Dingo Radio Fellowship Hall Cocktail

The Grumpy Dingo Radio "Fellowship Hall Cocktail" is for anybody who remembers the church basement Jello salad from their youth. Of course, boozy cocktails aren't on the church menu...but maybe they should be! Peace be with you. Let's get shakin'.

Ingredients

2 parts Rum

1 part Triple Sec

1 part pineapple juice

1 part pomegranate juice (or cranberry juice)

1 splash of Grenadine

Directions

• Combine the Rum, Triple Sec, pineapple juice, pomegranate juice and Grenadine in a shaker with ice.

• Shake until the shaker is cold and the ingredients are foamy.

• Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a piece of pineapple or a maraschino cherry.
